Anybody who has eaten at PF Changs knows that their menu is massive. When looking it over, one is often seized with more than a bit of anxiety: “How can I ever be sure I reviewed the options thoroughly enough to know I made the right decision? It’s not possible, I tell you!”

Now individuals who prefer (or must have) their food gluten-free can partially experience this crisis of choice, for, indeed, PF Changs has an impressive array of gluten-free goods, enough for you to ask your server “can you give us another minute” multiple times.

By my count, there are 28 different gluten-free choices on the PF Chang menu. The items range from light starters, like egg drop soup and chicken lettuce wraps, to full-blown meals, like salmon steamed with ginger and pepper steak. And, for good measure, there is even a dessert item: the “chocolate dome dessert,” which is served with fresh berries and raspberry sauce.

Moreover – but not really surprisingly, to be sure – the gluten-free menu retains the same helpful features as the regular menu, such as the symbols that indicate whether a dish is vegetarian or spicy (or both, for that matter).

Basically, PF Changs has a wide range of gluten-free options on their menu, and we’re glad for that.

This URL brings up the entire menu, but there is tab labeled “Gluten Free.” When clicked on, the gluten-free menu is brought up. How about that?
