This Saturday (6/23) at Red Frog Coffee in Longmont (about a 20-minute drive from Boulder) there will be a gluten-free centered event hosted by Brooke Hageman, a local gluten-free blogger, through the Gluten Intolerance Group of Colorado. The event will focus on explaining how to order gluten-free at coffee shops.

Are items that are labeled as gluten-free always in fact gluten-free? Which flavored syrups are gluten-free? If you want to know the answer to these questions (as well as other helpful information for gluten-free eating), check out the event. It sounds really interesting!
