Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

1 1/2 cups gluten free pancake mix
1 egg
3/4 cup milk (cow, soy, rice, almond, oat, you name it!)
1/2 ripe banana

Mash banana, and beat in the egg. Add the gluten free pancake mix and milk. Add more milk if necessary until batter is the consistency you like.

Cook as you would regular pancakes.

These are very yummy with a little raw honey or agave nectar!
