Hi everyone! Thanks for all of your amazing support! I just want to make one correction about the hours...we will fiddle with the schedule for a few weeks to see when people really want to come in, but for now, here's what it is; please note that afternoons and evenings during the week are grab and go only!

Mon-thurs 7am-4pm counter service, 4pm-7pm grab and go
Friday 7am-2pm counter service; 2pm-4pm grab and go
Saturday and Sunday the bakery opens at 7:30 and we serve breakfast/lunch from 9-2...

Hope to see you all soon!

Anne, I am going to have to say that I don't remember that conversation. I stand my ground on my initial comment. Thanks.

Hello, Chris. We *did* speak with you - in fact we worked and talked directly with the manager of the Boulder location during our review meal. At least, he *said* he was the manager. Most restaurant review sites don't even tell the restaurant when they are there and, frankly, your remark seems snotty, and undeserved, particularly given what a good review we gave you.

I guess, that's nice you put this up there. Next time why don't you ask us. That would be helpful. I guess people just think they can post what ever they want and when they want.

Hi! I just wanted to say thanks for your blog! I have celiac disease and live in Lafayette and have discovered a few places I didn't know about via your blog. My family now frequents Suki Thai, my son is allergic to dairy and eggs too, and it's one of the few places we can all eat.

Hello it's great to see a site like this , where you actually dine there and give a review. I only have one comment so far . I have celiac and been gluten free for over 8 years now. As far as I am aware blue cheese is not safe for celiacs. The mold part is made on bread. There might be ones now maybe made using gf bread. I just wanted to clarify? Keep up the good work.

Thank you for posting this review, our first experience (last night) was amazing and we have an instant favorite restaurant. Being vegan and gluten free is a challenge, even in Boulder. The menu was all vegetarian with over 50% vegan options and almost 50% gluten-free options to boot. The food was delicious, the staff fantastic, and it had surprisingly great ambiance for such a hidden find. The food was especially affordable (I have a sneaking suspicion it'll become a regular haunt for lunch); we just can't say enough great things about this restaurant...and yeah, great tasting food for the gluten free crowd (this is NOT easy to come by!). Last, loved the deserts, they flaunt their Flan is as good as it gets, but I had the vegan, GF rice pudding and LOVED it. I'm sure you'll enjoy this restaurant, my wife and I can't say enough great things about it.

Smiling Moose Deli offers a gluten-free menu at all 14 locations, and the on-line menu now has astericks to notate which sandwiches are offered gluten-free. We also have a host of delicious gluten-free soups and salads, too! See link for a recent article about our gluten-free menu... http://www.smilingmoosedeli.com/news/the-moose-goes-gluten-free.html We also have a new store opening on 29th Street in Boulder sometime late April 2011.
